A representative longitude value for the specified location between -180º (East) and 180º (West).
If the location is a point, longitude is the actual value.
If the location is an area, a central longitude is used.
For longitude values associated with buoy resources, when accessing a drifting buoy, it’s metadata will contain null longitude values, but each observation will include the longitude value at the time of observation.
